Shipping policy
We ship Wholesale orders to Canada and the United States. Orders have an expected 5-10 day business days in both Canada or the U.S. Please note that for U.S. orders we will now be required to add a customs clearance fee. If the orders coming from our local shipping area in Toronto, Ontario can expect 2-3 business days. Shipping costs are based on the weight and dimensions of the package. The shipping fees are non refundable.
Your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays).
Tracking information is sent by e-mail once the order has been shipped. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping companies once the package has left our facility.

CUSTOMER GUARANTEE RETURNS
kaia naturals products are 100% guaranteed, consumer satisfaction is our objective Consumer returns are accepted for the following reasons; however, we ask that you provide PHOTOS OF ALL RETURNS along with a reason for return when requesting a consumer refund.
1 A customer is not happy with the performance of a product.
2 A customer had an allergic reaction to the product.
Submit by email to orders@kaianaturals.com a photo of the product or products which are being returned along with an explanation as to why the consumer was unsatisfied with the product (if it was for quality reasons we need to investigate). We will then issue a credit to your account and request that you destroy the product unless we specify otherwise.
DAMAGES
All damaged goods must be reported within 10 days of receipt for a full refund - photo documentation of both the shipping carton and the damaged product is required in order to be eligible for a full refund. Please send all damaged issues to orders@kaianaturals.com Please provide the order number number along with your email address, phone number of the damaged product.
ORDERS OUT OF STOCK
We will provide an estimated date of in-stock date on the site.
INVOICES
Retailers will receive a printed packing slip with each order, along with an electronic copy of the invoice.
