Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAP)

Retailer agrees to list kaia naturals products at or above the suggested retail price determined by kaia naturals.  The retailer may, however; run temporary sales, promotions and provide coupon codes to customers from time to time for a maximum of 1 week.

Amazon Sales/Ebay.com

kaia naturals does not permit third-party Amazon or E-bay sales. We maintain the right to terminate our agreement with any retailer that sells products on these platforms.

Trade Show and Market Sales

are not permitted with kaia naturals products without permission from kaia naturals inc. directly.
